This is the worst B&B ever. I don't know how this place could have received 5 stars from anyone. The service was non-existent to minimal. It costs a lot of money and it was a dump. The pictures are not current. I've stayed in B&Bs before and both the service and breakfasts were awful. Additionally they did not freshen the room despite multiple calls and emails. The Nutella on the table expired in 2013. The bathroom is something from 1960. And once they take your payment (which is before your stay even begins) you won't see or hear from them again until it's time to make you runny eggs and cold muffins. Even the cab driver said when he dropped us off "not what you were expecting was it". I was so embarrassed to have booked this place for my boyfriends birthday. He must have thought I spent $50 instead of $675. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. I usually don't post reviews but I was so disappointed in the experience I had to let others know. You can do better elsewhere, much better!!!!!

Deb, Thank you for a wonderful time..attending the conference at the National Ability Center was incredible and staying at your Inn took our trip to the next level...We were 3 ladies traveling together and had a great time in Park City. Your Inn is so special and very close to all that we needed to get to. Thank you for the lovely breakfasts each morning and working around our early schedules. Warmest Regards, Jeanne

Wow! This small B&B is a gem. Been in business since 1990. Great location, great breakfast. Owner knows more about Park City, trails, running routes and then anyone we talked to. Don't miss out on this.

Amazing!! My boyfriend and I live in Phoenix and really needed to escape the heat. I am originally from Salt Lake so I am very familiar with the area. I thought it would be a fun escape for the weekend. Now I love Park City, but being a 20 something I really cant afford to stay at the Ritz Carlton, but I still appreciate high quality where I stay. Old Town Guesthouse was more than perfect. The owner Deb was amazing, she made the best breakfast every morning and had a ton of tips on trails, activities and places in town. Like your own personal tour guide. She referred us to this great little bar we would have completely missed. The decor is very lodgy, you feel like your in the middle of the forest which is awesome for us desert folks. There were so many knick knacks every where it took me an hour just to look through the whole house. But the BEST part of this place is the deck. There is a huge deck that overlooks Main Street and all of park city. It had the most breathtaking views. We spent the majority of our time out on the deck sipping coffee, eating lunch, and winding down with a bottle of wine. Also, there was a hot tub which was awesome for nighttime. You really cant beat a bottle of wine, a hot tub and a sky full of stars (that you can actually see). Overall, this is my new favorite spot in Park City. I am so excited to come back and stay in the winter, the owner told us she's actually a guide. Cant wait to come back, anyone looking for an incredible stay that won't break the bank, this is your spot!!

Stayed here in June for a long weekend. Traveled to Park City for a Spartan Race and wanted to try out something new with a Bed and Breakfast. This was a great first experience with a B &B and I left convinced that I would never stay at a standard hotel again. I arrived after midnight on Thursday and when I walked in the door the owner had laid out all of the essentials on the dining room table and made us feel right at home. We headed up to our room on the top floor and were greeted with a large, two bedroom space that took up the entire second floor. The rooms were large and had everything you could need. There was a separate full bath included with this room and that was key. I awoke the next morning to the smells of fresh brewed coffee and blueberry pancakes on the griddle. We headed down to have breakfast with the rest of the guests and it was such a nice way to start our trip. The other guests were pleasant company and had good tips for things to do around town. The best part of the whole trip was the time spent on their gorgeous deck. Sitting on the deck enjoying my morning coffee on a beautiful summer day with views of the mountains was absolutely splendid. The innkeeper also helped to make our trip special. She prepared our breakfast every morning, helped with anything we needed and was sure to bake a sweet treat for us every afternoon that we could help ourselves to as we came in and out and went about our day. Summer in Park City is obviously their slow time but I really enjoyed it. A lot of the restaurants had two-for-one deals, the streets weren't overly crowded and the weather was great. This is the only bed and breakfast in the county and whether you are headed to PCU for a ski trip or mountain biking tip, I would recommend staying here. The owner has been doing it for years and her passion for serving her guests is obvious.
